Q:
How long once I purchase to receive my files?
A:
We will reach out within 24-48 hours after your email to get the ball rolling. Once payment is received, you will recipe the files within a week, if it is just a name change or keeping the name. Add on’s and custom work all depends on what all it entails, but we can give you a better estimate in our initial reach out!
Q:
What if I like the logo, but dislike the colors?
A:
No problem! we will work on our custom rate and get it the way you would like. We will send you 2-3 additional color palettes & mockups of the logo in those colors based on what we discuss in our initial conversation. If you have a direction or inspiration of the colors you would like the logo to be in, this helps speed up the process.
Q:
Why do some branding pieces have “add on’s” and others do not?
A:
An “Add on” means that I created that piece to fit the branding, usually because I have an immediate vision for the logo and branding material, so it is offered through that logo. Some brands are also designed towards 1 vision but have applications in many different visions, so therefore I would want to leave that open-ended to your business. Not all premade brands include these options as of yet, but we are working towards all branding having all pieces included.
Q:
Once I purchase my logo from you, are there any other charges I should be aware of?
A:
Yes, the branding piece you purchase from me will be locked down for you to use, however, if you want to use the fonts or any images included (if they are paid products), it will require you to purchase the licensing for those items for legality purposes. The links will be included in your file pack for you to purchase at any point.
Q:
Does your website “add on” include all website-related fees?
A:
No, the website “add on” is a premade design, which is what you are purchasing. Other fees such as domain name purchase, hosting, SSL Certificates, etc. are additional, but can be purchased through us. We can discuss this in our initial reach out.
Q:
Do you reuse names once sold? Can I purchase the name?
A:
I do reuse names, even if a client has purchased the logo and kept the name. Names listed are the intellectual property of our designer, me, and therefore are allowed to be used by the client, but are not exclusive. We sometime will reuse names to get logos out without the time to brainstorm new names.
We do offer the ability to purchase the rights to the name, in which we will no longer use the name in our designs except for you and your project. Just let us know in your email that you want to purchase the Exclusive Name Rights.
Q:
Why are the prices different between branding options?
A:
Some branding pieces are more detailed and others are simplistic, so pricing reflects the time and in-depth effort of each branding piece. Some also include more premium fonts, icons, or branding elements that enhance the look of that particular branding piece.

Q:
What is your custom work fee?
A:
This never changes, so whether it is for print material, branding elements, basically anything design-wise is at our $50/hr rate. I never give estimates until we sit down and discuss your project.
The only service which is not performed hourly is Website Design & Creation. Building a new site is a flat fee, however, changes to an existing site that we create is at our hourly rate.
*I do not manage existing sites, except for my clients.

Do you have any form of payment plan?
A:
Absolutely! I have several different options to help get you started without breaking the bank. Let me know when you reach out and we can discuss this!

How long is your turn around?
A:
Custom work is difficult to judge until we sit down to discuss what you are looking for. Reach out and we can chat!
